Participate in a holistic health campaign encouraging people to take a break from alcohol for the month of January.

Dry January IS NOT:

  • anti-alcohol
  • an addiction recovery program

Dry January IS:

  • a health campaign encouraging people to take a break from alcohol for the month of January
  • an opportunity to consider how alcohol impacts how we show up in the world
  • full of benefits that come in the form of physical, mental, personal and financial
  • growing, over 170,000 people officially participated in January 2023 These weekly sessions will offer holistic practices, discussions and time for reflections in a safe and supportive environment.

Please bring:

  • a journal
  • comfortable, stretchable clothes
  • an open mind

Dry January Meetings are offered by donation. Suggested minimum donation is $10 per person/per meeting. It is strongly encouraged for participants to register for all 4 meetings.

About Your Facilitator: Allison is a dedicated sobriety lifestyle coach/advocate, yoga student & teacher, wife and mother. Through lived experience, sober-curiosity and recovery she found the importance of actively incorporating holistic practices to best support her mind, body and spirit on her personal journey towards inner freedom.

Having walked the path of sobriety, her desire is to bring a beacon of hope to those seeking liberation from the shackles of substance use.

Allison’s advocacy is a testament to the transformative power of resilience and the unwavering belief in one's ability to rewrite their story. She encourages others to embrace their authenticity, find freedom within, and create a life filled with purpose, joy, and boundless love.

Allison is a school teacher, coach and administrator for the last 24 years. She has two Master’s degrees and more recently earned the following Pennsylvania certifications; Certified Family Recovery Specialist (CFRS) and Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS).
